The arbitrator from time to time acting under this provision shall have and may exercise all the powers conferred on arbitrators by the arbitration Act 1954 or any statutory modification thereof. An award in such arbitration shall be a condition precedent to any legal proceedings in any court against Baile Property Services Limited in respect of such dispute or difference.^top
